16 BIT Utilities!!

                              For Windows 3.1 users

Well i could do everything with win 3.1 that i could with MS-DOS so i used DOS, but when i did use windows 3.1 it was a pretty stable system, not as stable as DOS, but not half as bad as Win95.

* Assuming that you are using aol and only if you set the fall back high enough 5KB for 28.8 on aol and 10 for 56K on aol should be a good value
